BNFM Launch Event – Terms & Conditions
All bookings must be made in full to guarantee registration. Once a booking has been made, a receipt and confirmation email will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you have not received this email confirmation within three working days, please contact us by sending an email to alex@bnfm.org.uk.
Following payment of your ticket, you have a seven day cooling off period, during which time you have the right to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. Any cancellations made after the seven days will not be entitled to a refund of any kind. Registration may not be transferred to another individual without prior agreement. BNFM reserve the right to change the event date, schedule or speakers accordingly, and purchasing a ticket is an agreement that you accept that speakers may be subject to change up until the day of the event without notice.
Registration is required on the day when you arrive at the event, and a name badge will be available for you.
For promotional purposes, there will be a photographer present throughout the event. BNFM reserve the right to publish any pictures of the event on any of their websites or marketing channels. Any delegates who do not wish to be photographed or have pictures of them published should contact alex@bnfm.org.uk prior to the event.
